CURATION & SOURCING

Where does Stardust source jewels and gems?

We work directly with trusted artisans across Italy, Japan, India, Sri Lanka, and Africa to source certified, handcrafted gems and jewelry.

How do you ensure stone authenticity?

Our gemstones and jewellery may be certified by recognised gemmological institutions such as GIA, IGI and GRS, depending on the piece. For items that are not already certified, certification can be arranged upon request with additional cost, subject to the nature of the piece and the relevant institution’s assessment.

Can I request a specific stone not in stock?

Yes, we source custom gemstones for your design during consultations.

SIZING & FIT

How do I find my ring size?

Visit us in-person or use our online sizing guide; we can adjust after purchase.

Is resizing free?

Resizing is complimentary for all jewelry with our lifetime care promise.

How should jewelry fit comfortably?

Rings should slide easily but not slip; earrings should feel weightless; bracelets should move slightly. Visit our Size Guide page for more information.

CONSULTATION & BOOKING
